The Zefal Bike Taxi tow rope was developed to make family bike rides more fun and enjoyable for everyone involved. It can be used on routes where the child needs support. Together, difficult inclines can be climbed playfully and physical differences can be compensated for. The Bike Taxi is simply attached to the saddle rails of the person pulling and hooked onto the stem. When the support is no longer needed, it can be easily removed by the child.
The rope is made of robust Dyneema, is self-retracting and can pull a weight of up to 90 kg. The Bike Taxi is suitable for all types of bicycles, including e-bikes as a towing vehicle.
